The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
John Remington Graham is the author of A Constitutional History of Secession.
For some years I have lived in Québec as a friendly alien from the United States, traveling from time to time back to my native Minnesota and other states to practice law in my fields of interest. I am married to a French-Canadian wife who is a member of the bar and mairesse of our country village.
Quebec Secession was the subject of an historic judgment handed down by the supreme court of Canada on August 20, 1998. This question reached the court by a "reference" or "renvoi" initiated by the governor general, in effect a request by the Prime Minister and his cabinet for an advisory opinion.
