Herbert W. Stupp

Herbert W. Stupp served in the cabinet of New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and in the administrations of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.  More recently, he was CEO of a large Catholic social-services agency.  He has been an adjunct professor of government, politics, and public affairs at St. John’s University and CUNY’s Baruch College.
